Our stock yard is strategically located for acceptance, storage and feeding the raw material for manganese alloys manufacture.

It consists of:

- block with 10 underground bunkers for unloading manganese ore from carriages (total capacity of
V- 1500 m³);

- ground-level storage with 4 separate grounds used for stoking and homogenizing of manganese ore;

- open bins for accepting any other raw materials – 4 assemblies with the volume of 30 000 m³ per
each of them (unloading railway carriages is not foreseen), equipped with gantry crane;

- inside storage for accepting and storing coke consists of 144 hoppers, the total volume is 33 000 m³;

Capacities for Acceptance of Raw Materials

- manganese ore – up to 400 000 tons;

- coke - up to 15 000 tons;

- quartzite, limestone, dolomite – up to 150 000 tons.

Belt and power-operated conveying units as well as bucket-wheel excavator with capacity of 300t/h are used
for the ore kettle back formation and allocation.
